Registration is now closed for the 2024 Summer Session. More than 16,000 students register for courses at Rutgers New Brunswick every summer. 

This summer's course selections are available on the Schedule of Classes. Check course dates carefully to avoid conflict. The WebReg system will not recognize summer scheduling conflicts.


Rutgers Students

Current Rutgers Students may register for Summer Session through WebReg.

Registration for Summer Session 2024 is now closed for Rutgers students.

 

Visiting Students

Visiting students must fill out a Registration Inquiry Form. An RUID and Personal Access Code (PAC) will be emailed within 3 business days with further instructions on how to register.

The Visiting Student Inquiry Form is now closed for Summer 2024.

Transfer Students

Transfer students may register using the Web Registration System.

Students who have enrolled at the School of Arts and Sciences must email the Transfer Advising Office to discuss their plans and to obtain approval before taking a summer course.

 

International Students

International students who meet eligibility requirements may apply to take courses in the summer.

The International Student Application is now closed for Summer 2024.

High School Students

High-achieving high school students may take up to two introductory-level Rutgers University courses for credit.

The Summer Scholars program is now closed for Summer 2024.

 


Please note:

  • WebReg is available for registration from 6:30 am - 11:59 pm, Monday through Friday and 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Visiting students are responsible for determining that they have completed all required prerequisites and confirming the transferability of Rutgers University credits with their home institution prior to registration.
